Cendant Corporation has announced that it was named Number 12 on the InformationWeek 500, a prestigious listing of the largest and most innovative users of information technology.

Cendant ranks 12th on the list overall and is named number one in its industry for its technology achievements. The ranking includes household names such as Sears, Compaq, and Eli Lilly, as well as Owens & Minor, which ranked `No.1.
