Greyhound Lines has started e-ticketing for passengers with the launch of a ‘will call’ ticketing feature on the company`s Web site.
From November 1, 2001, ‘will call’ allows passengers to buy tickets online and pick them up at the bus terminal. Available in more than 60 locations across the United States, ‘will call’ tickets may be bought up to two hours prior to departure. ‘Will call’ tickets can be picked up during regular hours of operation at the departing terminal. When ‘will call’ customers arrive at the terminal, they must present their online confirmation number, valid ID and the credit card used to make the purchase.
