Barceló Hotels & Resorts Launches Unified Reservations

Lexington Services, a subsidiary of Travel Services International, Inc., the largest provider of global hotel reservations in North America and second largest in the world, today announced BarcelÌ? Hotels & Resorts as its newest member.
Under the agreement, Lexington will provide centrally hosted reservations technology and support to more than 50 of Barceló‘s properties, spanning 13 countries in Asia, the Caribbean and Central and South America.

Lexington Services will implement its LexLink® OnLine centrally hosted reservations technology, as well as a full training regimen, at the Barceló properties in Brazil, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Phillipines, Turkey, Uruguay and Venezuela. 


Lexington Services, through an alliance with Computer Sciences Corporation (NYSE:  CSC), is the exclusive marketer and distributor of the SPIRITTM hotel reservation system.
