India Hospitality Corporation, a firm listed on the AIM market of London Stock Exchange, on Wednesday said it has got shareholders nod for acquisition of Mars Restaurants and airline catering firm SkyGourmet for US$110 million. The shareholders at the extraordinary general meeting of the company has approved the acquisition of Mars, a hotel and restaurant firm and SkyGourmet Catering, which operates out of four locations in the country, the company said in a filing to the London Stock Exchange.
