The film, spanning the period from 2 to 31 January, will start with the fireworks launched off Sydney Bridge in Australia, the Bay of Hong Kong, then Europe including Paris and Avignon of course, followed by Times Square in New York. Air France passengers will enjoy watching a video of the most beautiful firework displays to take place on New Year’s Eve 2007 in 35 world capitals and cities on the five continents. å 

Air France will show this exclusive 14-minute video both on passengers individual and central screens.

It will be filmed on New Year’s Eve by the German TV production company, Earth TV.

The video film of the highlights of these firework displays will be shown after the news bulletins of France 2 and Euronews and before the film on ÇRelaxationÈ.

With 22,000 screens, Air France is the first European airline to offer as many seats equipped with individual video systems in every cabin.  The screening of this exclusive film on the 2007 firework displays is our way of wishing our passengers a very Happy New Year, declared Patrick Roux, Air France Vice President Marketing.
