Hyatt taps into home market

Hyatt Hotels & Resorts is expanding the Hyatt Touch to the retail home décor and furnishings market through the launch of, an online store featuring high quality Hyatt and partner-branded luxury products.The new store, its products and delivery service parallel the culturally authentic experience guests expect from Hyatt, a collection of 217 hotels and resorts around the world.

Products available to buy on the new website include room furnishings, bath accessories, signature collections, stay fit equipment and bedding accessories.
“Guests expect premium products in our rooms,” said Joan Lowell, vice president of electronic distribution, Hyatt Hotels Corporation. “We are now able to offer those products to our guests in their homes, so they can feel the Hyatt Touch whenever they choose.”

Following the easy to navigate online store experience, customers who purchase Hyatt’s Grand BedT are treated to’s White Glove Delivery service, an example of Hyatt extending their well-known customer service to their new retail program. White Glove Delivery Service includes red bow wrapping around the mattress, complete assembly and removal of old mattress upon request.
