Blue Square Studios has created and launched a new website with significantly enhanced interactive features. Created in partnership with Ultimate Resort’s agency, DANA Communications, the new website, www.ultimateresort.com, incorporates Blue Square Studios’ proprietary Hospitality Toolkit to provide comprehensive e-commerce tracking, reporting and real-time modifications.
The new site unveils a new online brand with targeted calls-to-action and club information to allow Ultimate Resort to convert more website visitors into members. The site provides appealing, detailed content on all destinations in Ultimate Resort’s inventory, including extensive destination guides. Members can now access these guides through an interactive destination map that is driven dynamically through the Hospitality Toolkit. Phase Two of the project, already in development will allow members to log in to view a Flash-based availability chart for all destinations that is integrated with the membership management software. The second phase will also integrate a member appreciation program that awards points redeemable for travel and luxury goods and will include an interactive section that allows members to provide “insider tips” on vacation experiences in each Ultimate Resort destination to other members.
Blue Square Studios’ Hospitality Toolkit platform provides simple content management, membership access, email campaigns for both members and prospects, marketing ROI tracking functions and an interface to other applications and systems. In creating the web-based interface for Ultimate Resort, Blue Square Studios drew on its experience with the destination club market and its proven platform to give Ultimate Resort a cost-effective online lead-generation capability that makes it easy, for even non-technical staff to add, delete and update destination content and member data. The Hospitality Toolkit gives Ultimate Resort’s sales and marketing team detailed campaign tracking and ROI reporting for offline campaigns, search engine marketing, and the ability to track member conversions to their sources.
