National wins ATA Airlines deal
National Car Rental has announced that it is now a preferred
rental car partner of ATA Airlines.Under the new partnership, ATA
telephone reservation agents will transfer business travelers wanting to
book a rental car to a National Car Rental reservation agent. ATA customers
booking air travel via http://www.ata.com will also have the option to book
a National vehicle, and ATA Travel Awards Members will also receive 75 ATA
“Travel Awards” Points for each National rental.
“ATA serves a number of major business centers through its scheduled
service and commercial charter operations, and this new partnership makes
it easy for their business travel customers to book their airline and
rental car needs,” said Jerry Dow, chief marketing office for National. “In
return, they will receive the benefits National is known for, such as
bypassing the counter and choosing their own car.”
National has also been nominated this year for a
