Galileo UK is launching ASKGalileo, its intuitive internet based knowledge bank tool, allowing Galileo users instant access to help and support. This invaluable new feature is FREE of charge to all Galileo users and requires no additional training.

ASKGalileo, allows agents to search for a subject by category for general information or enter specific search criteria for more in-depth help. The information contained in the answer includes not only the Galileo entry for the subject requested but also best practice information and hints and tips.
