Wotif.com has boosted its Product Development Team with the appointment of Nathan Cox as a Product Development Manager and the promotion of existing team member, Saskia Moon, to Senior Product Development Manager.

Nathan will focus on working with Wotif.com’s properties in regional WA, regional SA and the Northern Territory, while Saskia will continue to manage the Sydney portfolio but will also take on the additional responsibility of initiating and co-ordinating special projects.

Nathan Cox:

Nathan has worked in the industry for over 10 years, most recently at the Radisson Resort, Gold Coast, where he helped managed the front office team and also assisted the reservations manager. He has also worked with Kempinski Hotels, (5-star chain of properties throughout Europe) where he was the reception manager at their Soho hotel in London.

As well as his significant industry experience, Nathan has a Bachelor of Business majoring in hotel management from Griffith University.

Commenting on his appointment, Nathan said: “Having spent many years in hotel management roles, I understand the needs of hoteliers and look forward to developing relationships and working with them to get maximum benefit out of being listed on Wotif.com. I also look forward to delivering some great value deals to consumers.”

Saskia Moon:

Saskia’s outstanding leadership qualities and continual ability to break room-night records for her Sydney properties has led to her promotion to Senior Product Development Manager.

In this role she will focus on developing strategic initiatives to benefit Wotif.com’s hotels, deliver great deals to consumers and coordinate the Product Development Team to implement projects.

In addition to this new responsibility, Saskia will continue to devote herself to the key destination of Sydney, focusing on maintaining room night and revenue growth, and implementing yield strategies for her suppliers.

Commenting on her new role, Saskia said: “I am thrilled to be taking on this new role to help create new and exciting ways to work with our suppliers and consumers, as well as being able to continue to work with my Sydney properties.”
