The Leading Spas adds Curacao spa

Just weeks after the opening of their brand new spa facility, Hotel Kura Hulanda in Curacao has been chosen to join the Leading Spas of the World.
The Leading Spas, launched in 2005, is the first and only global evaluation and certification program for the spa industry. Certification as a Leading Spa is a promise to customers of a genuine, holistic, luxury spa experience.

Already a member of Leading Small Hotels of the World, Kura Hulanda is proud to now be a part of this elite group of spas.

“We understand the importance of quality when it comes to a spa experience and in keeping with the high level of luxury and service that the hotel already provides, we created a state of the art spa that seamlessly blends with the existing elements of the hotel,” stated Peter Heinen, President.  “With two pools, tranquil gardens, a world class museum, award winning restaurants, a casino, shops and boutiques, the spa was the missing link in the completion of Hotel Kura Hulanda.  It’s now a complete destination unto itself, and with the distinction of being a member of Leading Spas of the World, guests can take comfort in knowing they will receive nothing less than a paramount spa experience”

Doors of the spa officially opened in June. It currently offers 16 massage options, 11 facial services including five 90-minute specialty treatments, nine full body treatment choices, nail care and hair removal selections, plus a special menu of kids & teen spa services.  There are six treatment rooms, plus the option for outdoor massages along with a sauna and steam room and a state-of-the-art fitness facility.
