MAXjet Airways revamps website

MAXjet Airways is helping passengers build their own connections to hundreds of destinations across Europe and North America with a dedicated connectivity section on its newly revamped, user-friendly Web site, www.maxjet.com.

Gary Rogliano, CEO of MAXjet said: “We are continually researching our customers’ needs to find out their origination and their final destination. It is clear that many passengers are choosing to fly with us in business class comfort for the longer transatlantic part of their journey and are then transferring to other carriers to complete their journey to a range of European and U.S. destinations.”

It couldn’t be easier to plan an itinerary on MAXjet’s new Web site with potential onward connections to other cities in the U.K. and Europe for U.S. visitors, and a range of U.S. destinations for those travelling from European and U.K. destinations.

For those originating in the U.S., the Web site recommends European connections from London Stansted such as Turkey, Denmark, Ireland, Germany and the Czech Republic operated by several of the low-cost carriers at Stansted. For the European traveller, recommended connections from Washington D.C. and New York to more than 40 U.S. cities include Las Vegas, Denver, Houston, Miami, San Diego, Boston and Chicago. It features a wide range of airlines, including low-cost carriers, as well as legacy carriers. The Web site offers suggested connection times with a link through to the connecting airline’s Web site.

The site also features very clear, step-by-step airport connection guides for London Stansted, New York JFK and Washington Dulles. As MAXjet is a point-to-point airline and all of the connections listed are with other airlines, connections will involve purchasing two tickets and rechecking baggage.
