Lufthansa is expected to unveil today a boost in full-year operating profit driven by increased demand at its passenger business, analysts told AFX news wire.
Operating profit is seen rising to 601 mn euros, up from 383 mn in the year before, according to the average of 13 analysts polled by AFX News.

In January, the German flag carrier already hiked its 2005 operating profit guidance to about 550 mn euros, up from its previous forecast of ‘significantly over 400 mn euros, on the back of the strong performance of its passenger business segment at the end of last year.
