Lufthansa CFO resigns for Merck
Lufthansa has confirmed that its chief financial officer Karl-Ludwig Kley is resigning. Lufthansa said in a statement that Kley told the chairman of the board Juergen Weber that he would step down from his position.
Kley has been CFO and a member of the executive board of Lufthansa since September, 1998.
He intends to move to the chemical giant Merck based in Darmstadt, near Frankfurt.
