InterContinental Hotels Group is announcing plans for a 110-room Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites in Las Vegas. This will be Las Vegas’ fourth Holiday Inn Express is expected to open fall 2006.

The hotel will offer the brand’s hallmark features including the Express Start® breakfast bar, Smart Roast® In-Room Coffee, Smart ConnectSM Telecommunications, Priority Club® Rewards and the SimplySmart?shower, which is raising the bar on guest expectations of a hotel shower experience.

“Holiday Inn Express is designed to be the smart choice for value-conscious business and leisure travelers. As a leader in the segment, we are continuing to stay focused on brand innovation and guest satisfaction,” said Verchele Mills, vice president, brand management, Holiday Inn Express.

Situated just minutes from the Las Vegas Strip near I-215, the new property will offer a variety of other amenities such as an outdoor pool, complimentary parking, a 24-hour front desk and meeting space accommodating up to 50 people.
