Delta Offers Big Miles for the Big Apple

Delta Air Lines is offering
SkyMiles program members double miles for flights between New York’s La
Guardia Airport (LGA) and Atlanta (ATL) or Dallas/Ft. Worth (DFW) through
June 9, 2005. This offer is applicable for direct flights between New York and Atlanta
and connecting flights between New York and Dallas/Ft. Worth through
Atlanta and Cincinnati. With hourly service from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. and 32
flights per weekday, Delta offers more flights between La Guardia Airport
and Hartsfield- Jackson Atlanta International Airport than any other
carrier.

To earn the double miles, SkyMiles members must enroll prior to travel at
delta.com/skymiles. Members will earn double miles on every qualifying
Delta and Delta Connection(R) carrier segment purchased and flown through
June 9, 2005. SkyMiles members may earn an additional 1,000 bonus miles
when flying on a round-trip ticket purchased at delta.com.

“Delta has always had a strong presence in New York City and the South,
and this offer provides SkyMiles members with a great opportunity to earn
double miles when flying between these popular destinations,” said Jeff
Robertson, director of the SkyMiles program. “Plus, customers can
experience other exciting and recently implemented Delta initiatives such
as our new SimpliFares and a simplified SkyMiles program.”

Earlier this year, Delta simplified its SkyMiles program and made it
easier for members to qualify for Medallion(R) status. The airline also
introduced a new fare structure called SimpliFares(TM), which offer low
fares with no Saturday night stay requirement. These fares are good 365
days a year and are applicable for travel in the 48 contiguous states.

SkyMiles members earn miles by flying Delta, Song(R), Delta Shuttle, Delta
Connection, Delta AirElite(R) and Delta’s SkyTeam partners, including
Northwest Airlines and Continental Airlines. The program offers additional
mileage-building opportunities through SkyMiles partners such as the Delta
SkyMiles Credit Card from American Express, SkyMilesShopping.com,
participating hotels, car rental companies, telecommunication services,
restaurants, floral and gift retailers and financial, mortgage and realty
services.
