La Quinta Corporation announces
the opening of the Company’s first new Baymont since its acquisition of
the Baymont Inns & Suites brand in September. The two-story, 50-room
Baymont Inns & Suites-Ann Arbor in Ann Arbor, MI is owned and operated by
Akram Namou. The hotel, located at 2376 Carpenter Road, is the brand’s
20th hotel in the state of Michigan and offers convenient access to the
University of Michigan and Eastern Michigan University. The Baymont Inns & Suites-Ann Arbor features four different room choices:
standard rooms with two queen-size beds, king rooms or king rooms with a
sofa/sleeper for longer stays, and one-room suites for families or
business travelers desiring extra space. All rooms and suites include a
refrigerator and microwave oven. This hotel also features guest laundry
facilities, a heated indoor swimming pool and spa, a fully equipped
fitness center and business center, high speed Internet access and meeting
facilities for up to 50 people.

All Baymont hotels feature spacious rooms with amenities, such as in-room
coffee makers, hair dryers, irons and ironing boards and 27” televisions
with movies on-demand. Additional guest services at all properties include
free unlimited local calls, complimentary continental breakfast, and free
stays for children 18 and under in parents’ room.
