Guaranteed Getaways Take Worry Out of Hurricane

As travelers eagerly anticipate
their spring and summer getaways amid a flurry of last-minute preparations
—the resort is booked, the mail is stopped, and the sunscreen is packed
—another pre-vacation ritual is all too likely to intrude: anxiously
keeping tabs on the weather at the holiday destination. And yet with the
2004 hurricane season bearing down on summer—sun-seekers headed for a
SuperClubs resort can relax in the knowledge that each Super-Inclusive
vacation includes the resorts’ Guaranteed Getaways policy.A popular feature since its inception in 1996, SuperClubs’ Guaranteed
Getaways policy is valid year-round at 11 resorts in Jamaica, the Bahamas,
Curacao, Brazil and the Dominican Republic, and includes:

No Hurricane Guarantee: Should a hurricane happen to strike the resort, a
voucher for a future stay will be issued for the same number of disrupted
nights for use during the same month the following year, excluding airfare.

Jamaica Sunshine Guarantee: In the unlikely event that the sun should
refuse to show its face on any day during a Jamaican SuperClubs holiday,
guests will receive a voucher equal to that day’s value good for one year
toward another SuperClubs vacation.

Satisfaction Guarantee: If a SuperClubs guest is not 100 percent satisfied
with the holiday, he must notify the general manager of the nature of his
displeasure (before the second night of his stay). The general manager
will then take every measure to rectify the situation to the guest’s
satisfaction. If this is not achieved, the guest will receive a credit
voucher upon checkout for the value of the unused portion of the hotel
stay, which may be used against a future visit to any SuperClubs property.
