Media Solutions International (MSI), a full service multi-media communications firm, has selected TechTravelers’
(TTi) mTravel? software suite for its managed travel services.
MSI, headquartered near Burlington, Vt, conducted an intensive evaluation prior to choosing TechTravelers’ mTravel? software suite.
“As an international organization, we have always been conscious of our T&E expenses,” MSI President & CEO James Curry said. “We needed an easy-to-use and easy-to-implement solution that would integrate with our existing back-end software, reduce our travel costs and free up man-hours currently consumed by the corporate travel process. With mTravel?, we are able to conduct self-booking with one click. We know each trip booked is within corporate policy and the expenses are routed automatically, allowing my employees more time to attend to our clients.”
“As a diversified and international company, MSI employees must often travel at the last moment, leaving them subject to substantial pricing, availability and itinerary adjustment charges,” TTi’s CEO Thomas Murray said. “By implementing mTravel?, each traveler has the ability to book from their own desktop, integrating with their MS Outlook®. Additionally, our NotiFlyer? and TravelBank? features provide immediate updates to itineraries and provide additional cost savings by automating the reclamation of unused ticket segments and applying credits to changed itineraries when possible. As a result, MSI will see an immediate reduction in its T&E expenses with mTravel?.”
