Lastminute.com
co-founder Martha Lane Fox has sold 20 per cent of her shares in the online travel group at 230p each, raising £4.6m ($8.5m).
Miss Lane Fox announced she was stepping down as Lastminute’s managing director last November, but remains on the board as a non-executive director.
