16th Feb 2004

Relaxation is a vital part of the Orient Lines and NCL’s Cruise Line’s
experience.  Whether your holiday means charging up you batteries or winding
down, NCL’s freestyle cruising concept means you can choose how active you
want to be. On board there are hot tubs, a sauna and an outdoor pool to dip
into.  Passengers can also enjoy the delights of the world’s leading spa
specialists, Mandara Spa.  The range of health and beauty treatments is in
partnership with cosmetics house Shiseido of Japan, it includes facial
treatments with seasonal blended fruits and vegetables, hand and foot
reflexology, as well as all-over milk and honey hydrotherapy.

In each of the regions, local treatments have been incorporated into the
menu selections to give guests a unique experience in harmony with a
regional flavour.  From a Lomi-Lomi massage in Hawaii to a Caribbean Coffee
Scrub in Aruba, each treatment uses local techniques, products and the
special talents of well-trained staff.

Mandara Spa also features a state-of-the-art Cardiovascular Fitness Centre and a wealth of health and beauty regimes including fitness walks, aerobic fitness classes, stretch and relaxation, back care, pool games and yoga.
