After the announcement that Orbitz would terminate its contract with Worldspan on 31 October, Orbitz has now announced that they may be able to come to a mutually agreeable resolution. Orbitz stated that failure to provide material service levels by Worldspan gave it the right to terminate their agreement, but Worldspan claims to have provided a superior level of service to them.
