Scotland`s One Spa in Edinburgh has received the acclaimed Highly Commended Day Spa of the Year at the British Beauty Awards.

Of the 18 categories, One Spa was the only entrant to receive a highly commended accolade. The judging panel, comprising key independent figures within the spa and beauty industry commented that it was an extremely difficult decision as the quality of the entrants was exceptionally high this year.

One Spa general manager, Brian Hunter said, “It`s a great privilege to win this esteemed accolade, particularly as we approach our first anniversary later this month. This is further proof of One`s position as one of Europe`s most advanced spas and a tribute to the dedication of our team.
“We`re constantly evolving at One Spa by introducing new treatments and taking on new therapists to cope with the growing demand from day spa visitors as well as our members.”

The British Beauty Awards were established to recognise and reward excellence, innovation and professionalism by businesses and individuals within the spa and beauty industry. The Day Spa of the Year award acknowledges all aspects of the spa; from the facilities, treatments and packages on offer, to staff training and customer care.
