Hilton Hua Hin Resort Introduces Lifestyle Spa Retreats

The Hilton Hua Hin Resort & Spa has announced a new lifestyle programme that incorporates spa and fitness to meet the needs of spa enthusiasts. The spa retreat, located in Thailandå‘s Royal Paradise, Hua Hin, is becoming increasingly popular with holistic travellers looking to experience therapeutic treatments in order to achieve a higher state of mind, body and soul. The Spa at the Hilton presents a prime example of the latest trends for travellers demanding a unique kind of Asian ritual spa experience that blends with Western spa therapy.

“This year we are focused to promote The Spa and we intend to do this by creating exciting spa packages and programmes that would appeal to those who enjoy spa luxuries,” said Dirk De Cuyper, general manager of the Hilton Hua Hin Resort & Spa.

The Spa, which provides a 1,200 sq-m oasis of relaxing space, is located on the Mezzanine floor of the hotel. It includes a spa mansion and private garden pavilions within the landscaped gardens of the newly refurbished 296-room Hilton Hua Hin Resort & Spa.
Inspired by the grandeur of ancient Khmer architecture (much of present day Cambodia), The Spa at the Hilton has ten of Thailand’s exquisite and most spacious treatment rooms. Stone relief carvings, luxurious Thai silks, courtyard gardens and Asian artifacts set the scene for this indulgent and exotic retreat, whilst serene lighting, soft music and the aroma of essential oils, caress the senses.

The path to wellness is paved with pampering of the body, stimulation of the senses and the beneficial enjoyment of beauty treatments and traditional massages. Highly trained and qualified Thai therapists provide treatments that range from the most modern western therapies to traditional treatments of the Orient using all natural products, pure essential oils, fresh fruits and herbs, Thai honey, and mineral rich salts and invigorating mud.

In addition to the spa, travellers who enjoy holistic lifestyles can also avail themselves of the many recreational forms of fitness activities, recommended by the Siam Adventure Club. From weight-lifting and swimming in the outdoor pool, to jogging along the white sandy beaches of Hua Hin, or practising self meditation at one of the outdoor Thai salas pavilions - guests are in for a high energy experience - after which they can indulge in low calorie menus or healthy vegetarian dishes at any of the specialty restaurants.
