Romantic Retreats Are On the Up for UK Spas

Love is most definitely in the air this week as Greenwoods Estate, the luxurious health spa and retreat in England, is just one of many stately-home spas to report a surge in bookings for romantic stays.

Based in idyllic Stock, England, and built around an original Georgian mansion, the retreat is set in stunning landscaped gardens and provides the perfect romantic setting to relax and unwind. It boasts a fully equipped spa together with a restaurant, which offers a standard of culinary delights unsurpassed in the area.

Sue Clark, PR and marketing manager for Greenwoods Estate says, “It’s a wonderful opportunity for couples to relax and revive. What better way to show your Valentine just how much you really care than by treating them to a romantic stay at Greenwoods Estate?”

Champagne on arrival is the first of many experiences included in the Valentine’s package, which also offers an optional two-night stay. The overnight and two-night packages enable couples to experience a sumptuous three-course dinner, prepared by award-winning chef, Jonathan Brown, whilst listening to romantic melodies performed by a live pianist in Le Bois Vert restaurant.

A Champagne breakfast follows a stay in one of the beautifully luxurious Classic bedrooms, and the spa, which offers exceptional spa treatments courtesy of Elemis and Decleor is proving to be incredibly popular with relaxing romantics.
The one-night Valentine’s package includes two spa treatments - a Facial and a relaxing Back, Neck and Shoulder massage. Couples also have full use of the all facilitates throughout the following day, which include a state-of-the-art gym, a wide range of movement and fitness classes including yoga and Pilates, a 20-metre indoor lap pool, sauna, steam room and the new spa must-have, The Ice Bar.
