Pevonia UK has named the Aphrodite Hills Spa in Cyprus as its European Flagship.

In a beautiful natural setting, overlooking the place where the legendary Aphrodite rose from the waves, a prestigious £150 million leisure, golf and real estate project is taking shape.

Pevonia is the exclusive supplier to the spa at Aphrodite Hills, which is set to open in late 2003 as part of a massive five-star development. Treatments, using a mixture of Pevonia products and traditional Cypriot herbal oils and fragrances, will include massage, skincare, anti-ageing, hydrotherapy, aromatherapy, body-wraps, detoxifying and de-stressing treatments.

Overlooking the Mediterranean Sea near Pafos, the spa will be designed in a Greek monastic style with traditional finishes. As well as numerous treatment rooms, it will feature a traditional thermae - a series of rooms including a tepidarium, a caldarium, a lanconium and frigidarium. There will also be a hammam, a sauna with a sea view, whirlpools, plunge pools and baths.
