Six Senses Hotels, Resorts & Spas, manage health and leisure facilities in some of the world’s most exotic locations - the group’s flagship, Soneva Fushi Resort & Spa, has been ranked among the Top Three Spas in the World.

At Ana Mandara, four sunken outdoor treatment salas will be surrounded by pools and miniature waterfalls, with ‘Back to nature’ changing areas, saunas and steam-rooms set amid ponds and lush vegetation. Relaxation and private consultation takes place in traditional Vietnamese-style straw pavilions raised on stilts, while inside the spa, treatment rooms designed for couples or singles have been created with sunken Jacuzzi baths, a Vichy shower and a Japanese bath.

Expert therapists from Sweden and India perform Eastern and Western treatments that incorporate massage, face and body care, mind and body balancing, plus beauty therapy. Treatments embrace a range of indulgent body wraps and scrubs, including the sublime Body Glow with mineral-rich sea salt, dried seaweed and fruit enzymes blended to silken the body and soothe the soul. Spa treatment packages together with a spacious state-of-the-art gymnasium and studio for exercise classes will also be available.

The name “ana mandara” in the ancient Cham language of Vietnam means “beautiful home for guests” and in that spirit, the resort is reminiscent of an old Vietnamese village, furnished with native wood and rattan. Located on the beach overlooking stunning Nha Trang Bay, Ana Mandara is set in 20,000 sq-mt of private tropical gardens.

The resort, recently renovated to Six Senses exacting a unique philosophy and design standards, has 16 villas and a total of 68 rooms, each with their own covered terraces and modern amenities. Sonu Shivdasani, Chairman and CEO of Six Senses, comments, “All Six Senses Spas aim to provide a truly relaxing and revitalising experience and offer therapeutic treatments to rejuvenate the senses. Spas have already proved extremely appealing at resorts elsewhere in Asia, and we’re delighted to introduce the concept to such a fast-emerging tourism market as Vietnam”.

The luxury boutique Ana Mandara Resort is owned by Hai Duong Tourist Company (HDTC) and managed by Bangkok-based Six Senses Hotels, Resorts & Spas and is   branded in the group’s five-star Evason Hideaway category.
Six Senses is a Hotel and Resort Management and Development Company established in 1995, which owns the award-winning Soneva Fushi Resort in the Maldives and manages hotels and resorts under the brand names Soneva and Evason.
