Best Western International and Unibuilt Real Estate Corporation have signed an agreement which will further boost the chain’s presence in the Philippines and at the same time introduce the Best Western Premier brand to the destination.

Due to open in January 2011, the 240-room F1 City Center Hotel enjoys a prime location within Fort Bonifacio Global City. This newly developed area is home to upscale residential buildings, trendy restaurants and bars, retail outlets and the Market! Market! Shopping Centre.

Many corporations are also relocating their regional or national headquarters to Fort Bonifacio Global City, including The Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation, Deutsche Bank, Fujitsu and Ericsson. A Stock Exchange will be built, while St. Luke’s Medical Center and Taguig Coliseum and Convention Center are other developments slated for the area.

F1 City Center Hotel will feature fully equipped rooms, along with a range of facilities including food and beverage outlets, a tropical lagoon swimming pool, infinity lap pool, fully equipped gym, spa and sauna, outdoor entertainment area, jogging trail and meditation garden.
