Highest rated by Which? members earlier this year*, Alamo offers a full-full fuel policy in Spain which means that vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned full.  The customer, therefore, is only paying for the fuel they use. 

Which? is urging other car hire companies in Spain to stop the practice of full-empty policies where customers pay for a full tank of petrol on arrival but do not get a refund when returning the vehicle with unused fuel.
