Jumeirah Group has launched the ‘Dubai Festivals’ package in conjunction with Dubai Tourism to offer 10% off Best Available Rate at selected hotels this winter.

Jumeirah Group, the Dubai-based luxury hotel company and a member of Dubai Holding, has appointed Azar Saliba as the general manager of award-wining Jumeirah Al Qasr and Jumeirah Dar Al Masyaf Hotels at Madinat Jumeirah. A Lebanese national, Saliba has over 20 years’ experience in the hotel and tourism industry and has been with Jumeirah since 2006 where he joined Jumeirah Beach Hotel overseeing the rooms division.

As guests arrive in Abu Dhabi ahead of the Formula 1 season, Neuschwansteiner has welcome them to the emirate with an exclusive photographic exhibition courtesy of Sutton Images. The show, presenting images from one of the world’s leading motorsports agencies, was complemented by the gourmet cuisine of Star-chef Michael Caines.

Jumeirah Beach Hotel has appointed Marianne Fitzgerald as the new hotel manager. Fitzgerald, an Austrian national, has over 20 years’ experience in the hotel and tourism industry, and holds a great deal of knowledge in different areas of the food and beverage and banquet department. She has a strong background in human resource management including recruitment and training.

Jumeirah Emirates Towers has appointed Zeki Ozal as the new hotel manager. Ozal, a Turkish national, has over 25 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, speaks six languages and has worked in five countries. He started his career in the Sheraton Hotel Istanbul, where he held various operational roles and gained solid experience in the rooms division.

Jumeirah Group has been selected to operate a mixed-use development within a new $1 billion tower in Business Bay by property investment company RP Global. The Jumeirah Business Bay will include a 200-room luxury Jumeirah hotel as well as 350 serviced apartments and 290 luxury residences managed under the Jumeirah brand.
