CityJet launches music channel to engage with guests
CityJet is the latest travel brand to engage more deeply with their guests via music. The London airline has just launched its own music channel which guests can tap into online or via CityJet’s Facebook page to listen to a variety of popular tracks from around the world.
CityJet’s Twitter concierge is ‘a first for UK airlines’
CityJet, the personal service airline, is to become the first airline in the UK to launch an interactive Concierge service via its Twitter feed @cityjet. The bespoke tool will be available from 1 August 2011 and initially will run as a trial service for 2-hours a day Monday to Friday to gauge customer feedback and uptake.
CityJet confirm airline service available in 2011 from London to Normandy
CityJet is continuing the link between London City Airport and Deauville in 2011. The service takes off on 7th January 2011, with some flights also scheduled for Christmas and New Year.
