Aer Lingus and CityJet have announced details of an agreement which builds on CityJet’s long-established presence at London City Airport and further expands Aer Lingus’ London schedule offering.
CityJet links with Blue Islands for new Channel Islands flights
Leading London City Airport operator CityJet is joining forces with Blue Islands, the Channel Islands airline. The new partnership will provide islanders easy access to major European cities on hundreds of connecting codeshare flights every week from London City Airport through the CityJet network. Currently Blue Islands operate alternate day direct flights from Jersey to Europe which customers find inconvenient.
CityJet signs partnership with Stobart Air
CityJet and Stobart Air have signed a partnership agreement, both airlines announced today. Commencing on December 1st 2014, Stobart Air will operate short-haul ATR regional aircraft on CityJet’s Cardiff to Edinburgh route – which is offered twice daily – and its Cardiff to Paris route, operating once a day.

Sabre Corporation signs up CityJet
Sabre Corporation has signed a new long-term technology agreement with CityJet, an Irish-based carrier that operates services from London City Airport as a main hub. The European carrier joins Sabre for the first time and will use its global travel marketplace to market and sell their airfares to travel agents around the world.
Travelport and CityJet sign distribution agreement
Travelport and CityJet, an independent regional airline, have revealed the successful integration of their distribution channels. This enables Travelport connected travel agencies using Galileo and Worldspan to take advantage of the seamless bookability of CityJet fares and ancillaries within their normal workflow.
CityJet to add two more routes to its network this year
Operated by a Fokker 50 aircraft, with a capacity of 50, flights will start on 12th May and will be bookable from today, (28th April). The route to Dublin will operate twice-daily during the week, and daily at weekends.
Cardiff secures CityJet services to key destinations
Cardiff Airport has secured CityJet, part of the Air France airline group, to operate their Glasgow and Paris (Orly) routes and immediately fill the gap left by Flybe. CityJet will start serving the routes on January 20th 2014, ensuring there is a seamless transition for these vital services from the Welsh capital.

Cityjet announces two new routes into Germany
CityJet, the airline that flies from the heart of London, will launch two new routes this summer into Germany - Dresden and Paderborn from April 2013. Flights to Dresden will commence from 1 April 2013 and services to Paderborn will commence on 22 April 2013. Bookable from today at www.cityjet.com, fares to Dresden lead in from as little as £70 one-way and £109 return whilst fares to Paderborn lead in at £85 one-way and £129 return. Fares include all taxes and charges.
CityJet launches new Nuremberg flights
London-based CityJet has announced the launch of flights to Nuremberg in Germany. Starting on January 27th 2013, a scheduled service from London City Airport will operate up to twice a day, with fares starting from £109 return including all taxes and charges.
