CityJet launches music channel to engage with guests

London airline CityJet has launched its own music channel in association with MBM Records.

Called OnAir, the music channel allows visitors to www.cityjet.com/music and CityJet’s Facebook fans, to listen to a mix of tracks from contemporary European and US indie and pop artists such as Bag Raiders, Jens Lekman, Bon Iver, Future Islands, Arsenal and many more.  Additionally, a new CityJet playlist is now being played on all flights when passengers are boarding and disembarking.

The new CityJet music and media page is designed to give customers a flavour of the latest trends in contemporary music as well as to keep them informed of music and entertainment news from around the world including new album launches, collaborations, concert and venue information and more. The rolling information strands are updated live for up-to-the-minute news.

The initial playlist, put together in association with MBM Records, will consist of eleven tracks which will be added to, and updated regularly, to ensure the list remains fresh and innovative.

CityJet’s OnAir channel is also available to download as an iPhone app, allowing CityJet customers to enjoy their music on the go.
