Vietjet has welcomed the inaugural Singapore–Hanoi route with a special flash-mob performance at the heart of Changi airport.
The new route is expected to meet the increasing travel demand of individuals, travellers and businessmen, and at the same time boost trade and integration in the region.
The ceremony was witnessed by Vietjet leaders and visitors of Changi airport.
Passengers on board the inaugural flight were also surprised with exclusive gifts and a warm welcome upon landing at Singapore.
The Hanoi-Singapore flight will be operated daily with a duration of two hours 55 minutes per leg.
The flight from Hanoi takes off at 10:00 and arrives in Singapore at 13:55.
The return flight departs at 14:55 and lands in Hanoi at 16:50.
This route now marks Vietjet’s second link to Singapore after Ho Chi Minh City and the airline also has plans to connect Dalat and Danang with Singapore in the future.
Tickets for the new route are now available for booking.
