Dine in the hotel’s Amba Bar and Grill restaurant. Amba exudes its own unique style with chairs covered in black faux crocodile skin and walls upholstered in panels of alma leather printed in tan and orange stripes, it is the perfect location to enjoy bold British flavours amongst the glamorous glitterati. Seasonal dishes include a starter of Juniper Roasted Venison Fillet, served with apple, red cabbage, bacon and mashed potatoes.
