Palm Tower nears completion on Palm Jumeirah, Dubai

Earlier this week we took a look at the properties that were set to debut on the Palm Jumeirah in Dubai in the coming months.

While there is certainly a lot to look forward to, one development stood out – Palm Tower.

Sophisticated, striking and ambitious, the Palm Tower is a 52-storey five-star hotel and residential development in the heart of Palm Jumeirah.

Featuring award-winning architectural design, the tower will be one of Dubai’s most prestigious addresses, comprising 432 spacious, elegant apartments and a new five-star hotel, St. Regis Dubai – The Palm.

The iconic tower, inspired by the shape of a palm tree, features outstanding amenities including one of the world’s highest infinity pools on the 50th floor, two swimming pools at podium level, a 51st floor signature restaurant and a viewing deck on the 52nd floor boasting spectacular views in every direction.

Residents will also enjoy direct access to Nakheel Mall, which is set to be Dubai’s premium lifestyle shopping, dining and entertainment destination.

What’s more, its nearly complete!

More than 77,600 cubic metres of concrete, 46,000 square metres of glass and 17,000 tons of reinforcement steel are being used in the construction of the 52-storey tower.

Construction work has been completed up to level 50, including the 775 square metre rooftop infinity pool which will hold 930,000 litres of water.

Work of the rooftop dining and viewing deck, on levels 51 and 52, is in progress.
