IBEROSTAR unveils nautical packages

IBEROSTAR Hotels & Resorts is offering guests the chance to discover and enjoy Majorca in a unique and unforgettable way: by land and sea.

The “Different holidays with IBEROSTAR Hotels & Resorts” package designed by the hotel chain, offers guests the opportunity to discover Majorca from the sea. The package combines stays at any of the four IBEROSTAR hotels located in Playa de Palma and Santa Ponsa with a cruise around the coast of Majorca in modern and comfortable sailing boats.

IBEROSTAR Hotels & Resorts has designed three nautical packages to suit the needs of all their customers depending on the time and availability.

The “Sea Weekend” program (3 days) is ideal for those who want to escape by enjoying two days aboard a sailboat and one night stay in 4 star IBEROSTAR hotel, half board. Starting from the Real Club Náutico de Palma, the visitor has the option of two exciting tours: Cabrera National Park, with the option to anchor in its waters and spend the night there, and the western Bay of Palma, including Andraitx, Sant Elm and Dragonera Island. Prices from €299 (depending on season).

For those who have a little more time, the “Full sail Getaways” program offers the possibility to “disconnect” for 8 days. This package offers a tour along the east area of the Bay of Palma up to Cala Pi, Cabrera, Es Trenc and Porto Colom on a sailboat for 3 days, culminating in a five night stay at the 4 star IBEROSTAR hotel, half board, all from €685.

IBEROSTAR has also designed a program for sailing enthusiasts, the “Nautical Tour around Mallorca”, 15 days cruising around the east area of the Bay of Palma in the direction of Cabrera. This package includes a 7 day stay aboard a sailboat and 8 nights of accommodation in one of the IBEROSTAR hotels, half board, from €1,499.

To ensure maximum comfort for all its customers, IBEROSTAR offers guests comfortable sailboats of 12 meters, accommodating up to 6 people,  a skipper (in charge of navigation) and food and drink throughout the cruise.

The three packages are designed to introduce guests to the sailing world and allow sea lovers to relax with their family and friends whilst enjoying the dramatic Mediterranean coastline.
