In a Europe-wide comparison carried out by the online service Flight Stats, Germanwings was ranked second out of all airlines evaluated.

In December of last year, Germanwings was named one of the most punctual airlines in the world: according to the recently published statistics from the American online service Flight Stats, which evaluates all scheduled flights worldwide.

Germanwings has taken the title of second most punctual airline in Europe over the past month. After top results in the preceding months, the airline continues to strengthen its leading position in an area that it believes is of particular importance to its passengers.

Only a Spanish airline with a punctuality rate of 92.73% managed to pip Germanwings to first place. With 91.6%, Germanwings had the second best result when compared to almost all other European competitors.
