Europcar brings Deliver & Collect service to UK
When it comes to wasted time, Europcar research shows that 43 per cent of people voted traffic and road works as the things that annoy them most.
Now travellers – whether making a journey for business or leisure - can save time and avoid unnecessary traffic delays with Europcar Deliver & Collect.
Customers booking a car or van from Europcar can have the vehicle delivered to their home or workplace.
No more getting stuck in traffic on the way to pick up the car.
Instead, Europcar Deliver & Collect brings the vehicle right to their door.

And, for the ultimate in convenience, Europcar will collect at the end of the rental too.
“Our research shows that 58 per cent of people waste up to an hour a day and traffic is cited as the most annoying waste of time,” said Robert Shaw, operations director, Europcar UK Group.
“With the latest enhancements to our Deliver & Collect service, now including delivery and collection at workplaces as well as home addresses, we’re helping busy travellers get back some of that wasted time.
“We will do the tedious job of sitting in a traffic jam – which means our customers can get on with their journey as soon as the car or van arrives.
“And there’s no hassle at the end of the trip either – we will collect the vehicle too.
“No other national rental company offers such a convenient service.”
The improved service from the European leader in vehicle rental services and a major player in mobility markets, costs just £5 for addresses that are up to ten miles from the nearest Europcar branch and is available on all UK rentals during branch opening hours.
For deliveries over ten miles, there is a charge of £1.50 for each additional mile.
Bookings must be made 24 hours in advance for delivery to a business address and customers will need to provide an extra form of ID or photo ID, plus proof of home address.
