Carlson Wagonlit rolls out CWT To Go to new platforms

Carlson Wagonlit Travel is celebrating the first anniversary of its award winning app CWT To Go on the WorldMate platform by announcing it is now available on three new devices; Windows, Android smartphones and tablets and Kindle Fire from Amazon as well as iPhone, iPad and BlackBerry smartphones.

Since its migration to WorldMate in May 2013, 2.5 million trips have been synced to CWT To Go.

In the last 12 months, CWT To Go has launched new functionalities including an enhanced mobile check-in ‘wizard’ that allows the user to drag and drop information into the airline’s mobile check-in site, and an improved share trip functionality that allows users to share as much or as little of their trip via email as they like; from the whole trip to individual components or developments related to a specific trip.

David Moran, executive vice president, global marketing & enterprise strategy at CWT, said: “CWT To Go has gone from strength to strength, providing an enhanced user experience and increasing our suite of tools that travellers need on the road, and we’re delighted that CWT To Go is now available on even more devices.

“As CWT To Go enters its second year, we look forward to making further improvements, including hotel, air and ground booking, and moving ahead with our ambition to continue to be the premier business travel app on the market.”

CWT To Go is available exclusively to travellers of CWT clients and travellers can add non-CWT itineraries to the app manually or via email, enabling them to use it for all their trips - business and leisure.
