Hilton Suites Dallas Provides Aid

PRNewswire DALLAS Oct. 31 :

The Hilton Suites Dallas North, located next to Macy`s at the Galleria, is
partnering with local grocer Tom Thumb/Randalls to send an 18 wheel
grocery truck full of much needed supplies to the fire stricken residents
of Southern California by organizing a community collection drive from
November 6th through November 8th. Once transported to California the
supplies will be administered to needy individuals by the Salvation Army.
“California is deep in our heart in Texas,” stated Hilton Suites North
Director of Sales and Marketing Andrea True. “As such, we wanted to do
something tangible and beneficial for the victims of this ongoing tragedy
and we appeal to the generosity of our local community to ensure the
success of this effort.”

Community residents are asked to stop at the collection station located in
the parking lot of the Hilton Dallas North at 13402 Noel Road with any of
the following items that have been requested by the Salvation Army:
Bottled Water, Diapers, Face Masks, Eye drops, Shovels, Brooms, Cleaning
Materials, Canned Food, Canned Formula, Baby Food and gently used items of
clothing. No donation will be refused.

The official collection hours are as follows:
  Thursday, November 6th - 10:00a.m. to 7:00p.m.
  Friday, November 7th - 10:00a.m. to 7:00p.m.
  Saturday, November 8th - 9:00a.m. to 9:00p.m.

The collection station will be manned by Hilton employees on Thursday,
November 6th and Friday, November 7th. Members of the Boy Scouts, Girl
Scouts and Cub Scouts will be manning the collection station on Saturday,
