Four Seasons moves into Brazil with São Paulo property
Four Seasons had confirmed plans to open Four Seasons Hotel São Paulo at Nações Unidas in 2017, with Private Residences to follow. Through the partnership between Iron House Real Estate and Tamweelview European Holdings, the 254-room Hotel and 84 Private Residences will be the group’s first foray into Brazil.
Hilton signs on for new Santa Marta, Colombia, property
Hilton Worldwide has announced the signing of a management agreement with Fideicomiso Santa Marta Hotel to operate a new build Hilton Hotels & Resorts property in the Caribbean port city of Santa Marta, Colombia. Scheduled to open in 2017, this new Hilton Santa Marta hotel represents the company’s 14th hotel project in Colombia including its portfolio of seven existing operating hotels and seven currently under development.
Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts signs on for Guayaquil property
Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts, a leading brand in the FRHI Hotels & Resorts portfolio, today announced that the brand has entered into a franchise agreement for branding the operation of Swissôtel Guayaquil. The new 300-room hotel is currently under development in the largest and most populous city in Ecuador, Guayaquil.
