Travel experts reward Avis with highest praise at World Travel Awards

Avis Rent A Car has received multiple accolades at the 2009 World Travel Awards, described as the ‘Oscars’ of the global travel and tourism industry. Winners are chosen by travel professionals across the globe for excellence in employee and customer satisfaction, business performance, product expansion, innovation and creativity.

For the fourth consecutive year, Avis was named “North America’s Leading Car Hire” and the “World’s Leading Business Car Rental Company.” In addition, for the second year in a row, Avis was named the “Caribbean’s Leading Car Hire.”
