Situated at the heart of the Abu Dhabi’s business and fashion district on Al Maryah Island, Rosewood Abu Dhabi, the capital’s ultra-luxury hotel, has been recognised as UAE’s leading new hotel this year at the World Travel Awards ceremony held at JW Marriott Marquis in Dubai.
Marking the initial presence of the Rosewood Hotels & Resorts brand in the United Arab Emirates, Rosewood Abu Dhabi echoes the Rosewood collection’s Sense of Place philosophy, reflecting the culture, history and geography of its location.
Luigi Romaniello, managing director of Rosewood Abu Dhabi, commented: “It is a privilege for Rosewood Abu Dhabi to be awarded UAE’s leading new hotel this year at the World Travel Awards ceremony.
“It’s only been a year since our opening in the UAE and guests from the UAE and around the world, as well as industry leaders, recognize us as a leader in the country’s luxury hospitality landscape.”
He added: “We continue to put our guests at the centre of what we do, and are committed to providing them the world-class experiences, every time they visit the Rosewood Abu Dhabi.”
World Travel Awards was established in 1993 to acknowledge, reward and celebrate excellence across all sectors of the tourism industry.
Today, the WTA brand is recognized globally as the ultimate hallmark of quality, with winners setting the benchmark to which all others aspire.
