Target sites should offer high visibility and good accessibility – e.g. nearby tourism destinations or business parks.

Première Classe hotels will be developed through new constructions and possibly conversion of existing buildings.

“For us Germany is a key market.  We do see a vast potential for our budget-brands and for the target group of business travellers. It was the first budget hotel chain to integrate a fully equipped bathroom.
