Louvre Hotels plans development of budget brand Première Classe in Germany

Louvre Hotels Group, a major player in the hotel sector, strengthen its presence in Germany: in the next 4 or 5 years the Group plans to open 35 hotels of the budget-­brand Première Classe in cities such as Berlin, Munich, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Cologne, Dusseldorf, Stuttgart, Dresden and Hanover.

Target sites should offer high visibility and good accessibility – e.g. nearby tourism destinations or business parks.

Première Classe hotels will be developed through new constructions and possibly conversion of existing buildings.

“For us Germany is a key market.  We do see a vast potential for our budget-brands and for the target group of business travellers. Together with strategic investment partners we would like to reach our goal of 35 hotels by the end of 2018”, says Eric Huebbers, Development Manager of the Louvre Hotels Group in Germany.
Since its inception in 1989, Première Classe has been a front runner in the development of economy hotel supply.
It was the first budget hotel chain to integrate a fully equipped bathroom.
The European network contains 240 hotels with 18 000 rooms. The rooms are equipped with 2 or 3 beds, working desk, closet, free wireless internet and a flat screen TV and a flat screen TV with variety of cable and satellite channels.
The quality self-service breakfast contains fresh fruits, delicious pastries and a selection of savory items. The reception is open 24 hours.
