Hotel technology IPTV company, TiVUS, announces first contract In India

TiVUS, a leading U.S. hotel technology IPTV company, today announced its first contract in the Asia Pacific region with Neesa Leisure Ltd. (NLL), which owns and operates hotel properties in India under the brand name “CAMBAY Hotels & Resorts.”

Tivus USA, through a joint venture with Tivus Smartv India Pvt Ltd (TSIL), has been working with NLL for the last year negotiating this contract. TSIL will provide financing for installation in the 10 hotels served under this contract. The installation will begin in the next 30 days with the required management already hired by TSIL for the Asia deployment.

It demonstrates the value of our content distribution and the return on investment that TiVUS technology delivers to hotels in the Asia market. This is an exciting milestone for TiVUS. TiVUS recently announced the start of its operations in the Asia Pacific region, which has provided hotel chains significant growth opportunities. The top ten leading chains have a total inventory of more than 770,000 rooms under management as of 2011 with likely plans for another 1 million rooms in the next 3-4 years. TiVUS is very pleased to be a part of this growth, a lucrative revenue source for the company.
