Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco is pleased to unveil its new comprehensive wine program at Seasons restaurant. Featuring more than 500 wine labels, state-of-the-art iPad menus, exclusive tastings with Northern California winemakers, its own private wine label and nightly wine specials, Seasons presents a dynamic wine program sure to impress even the most discerning oenophiles. Boasting an impressive collection of wines from all over the world, including exclusive vintages from some of the most prestigious Northern California wineries, Seasons designed a new wine program to encourage guests to explore the unfamiliar with options at every price point.

iPad Wine Menus – With a remarkable selection of wines as the cornerstone of the new program, Seasons’ wine list of more than 500 labels is catalogued on a set of iPads using the state-of-the-art menu technology SmartCellar. Offering full descriptions of each wine, accolades and awards and suggested food pairings, guests can easily browse the extensive wine collection to find the perfect bottle to accompany their dining experience. The iPads also feature a full cocktail list available at Seasons Bar and Lounge, including images and recipes.

50/50 and Cellar Celebrations – The wine menu at Seasons features varietals from all over the world, with an emphasis on California cabernets. To complement the locally-sourced California cuts of steaks featured on Seasons restaurant’s new American steakhouse menu, Seasons is now offering a 50/50 promotion every Wednesday night, where guests can enjoy any of the 50 cabernet labels at 50 percent off. Additionally, Seasons also presents Cellar Celebrations, offering guests complimentary corkage every Tuesday evening in the restaurant.

Exclusive Wine Label – Four Seasons San Francisco teamed up with Fisher Vineyards to create a private label wine, Seasons Cabernet Sauvignon. Exclusively available at Four Seasons San Francisco, Seasons’ wine is grown high on the eastern side of the Mayacamas Mountains in Sonoma County and features a classically structured finish with lingering dried black cherry fruit and earthy spices.

Seasons Swirl – Seasons Bar and Lounge is pleased to continue its highly-acclaimed Seasons Swirl wine tasting series throughout the remainder of the year, highlighting high-profile wines from top California wineries. With long-standing relationships with California’s most prestigious wineries and winemakers, Seasons restaurant has access to and features some of the most exclusive California vintages and labels, many of which don’t offer public tasting rooms. On select Tuesdays from 5:30 to 7:30 pm, Seasons Swirl showcases the finest wines grown in California and hors d’œuvres created by Executive Chef Mark Richardson. Upcoming featured wineries include Kongsgaard Winery, Lynmar Winery and Fisher Vineyards.
