Enterprise Plus members can now receive an email alert regarding their rental approximately one hour prior to their scheduled arrival with important details including the reservation number, pickup time and directions to the rental location. Arrival Alerts will be automatically sent to members who have opted in for email communications. However, modifications or cancellations within 24 hours of pickup might not be reflected in the email.

Enterprise Plus members earn points redeemable anytime for free rental days of any qualifying rental in Enterprise Rent-A-Car’s network of more than 5,500 neighborhood and airport locations throughout North America.
