CIBTM to deliver dedicated U.S pavilion to meet growing demand

Following on from post show research, which identified that the U.S. was one of the top destinations of interest, identified by Hosted Buyers attending CIBTM, (www.cibtm.com), the show has introduced a dedicated U.S. pavilion on the show floor, which will allow U.S. exhibitors to gain focused access to the China meetings market.

The new pavilion will provide a dedicated meeting area for exhibitors to showcase their products to visitors and Hosted Buyers with proven purchasing power. Each U.S. exhibitor will also be supplied with a pre-scheduled diary of appointments with Hosted Buyers who have identified the U.S. as a destination of interest.

Jeffrey Xu, Reed Travel Exhibitions, CIBTM Project Manager commented, “We have introduced this pavilion as a direct result of the demand we have witnessed from Hosted Buyers who have specified a strong interest in the U.S. as a destination for holding large scale meetings and incentive trips.

“The new feature area will also provide great value and return on investment for U.S. suppliers as they will also receive additional support in terms of marketing exposure as part of their participation.”

CIBTM is the only meetings industry exhibition across the globe, to be officially certified by the U.S. Department of Commerce. The U.S. Department of Commerce awarded CIBTM certification as a direct result of the significant business potential that China holds for American organisations, and the experience that Reed Travel Exhibitions has within the industry.
