Over 40 International Airlines Will Attend UATP Annual Conference & Infosearch Forum

WASHINGTON - Universal Air Travel Plan, Inc. (UATP)
announced today that over 40 international airlines are confirmed to attend the company’s Annual Conference and InfoSearch Forum in Las Vegas at the Monte Carlo Resort & Casino. On November 8, 2000, the Annual Conference will showcase UATP initiatives and achievements from year 2000. Robert Baker, Vice Chairman of American Airlines will present, “UATP-The Beginning.”  Mr. Baker’s
father helped establish the initial UATP program and has a legacy of involvement.  UATP employees will present an overview of programs and
accomplishments.
The UATP InfoSearch Forum will be held November 9, 2000. UATP staff will
moderate the forum, featuring panelists from member airlines. Topics of
discussion include “The UATP Business Case,” “Examples from Successful UATP
Programs,” “The Enhanced UATP Value Proposition,” and “UATP Systems, Resources and Brand Benefits.” Panelists will include representatives from Air New Zealand, Ansett Australia, British Airways, Continental Airlines, Japan
Airlines, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, Lufthansa Airlines, and Swissair.
